The Renault Master 2019 Facelift

The Renault Master has had a makeover which was released this month, September 2019. New for 2019, the Renault Master has received a slight facelift, new interior, better connectivity, more efficient engines and an improved safety kit - the Master however does remain the leader in the large van division and can still carry large cargo volumes.  The van is available as a front-wheel-drive panel van in four lengths and three heights, as a rear-wheel-drive van in two lengths and heights.

The exterior of the van has had an improved but familiar look, the facelift includes a more vertical grille and squarer front end which was influenced by trucks. But the C-shaped LED daytime running lights have been inspired by the Renault car range causing customer’s to recognise the new look.

However, the main alteration with the 2019 Renault Master is the interior and it has been given a more car-like cabin as there is now an improved trim, a change in materials and a new single dashboard colour has been introduced giving it a more sophisticated look. There has been an increase in storage space with deeper door bins, large glovebox and hidden storage under the passenger seats, a new feature to the Master 2019 is the that the back of the middle seat folds flat to create a handy desk space giving you the option for a mobile office. They have also introduced the option of a suspension seat for extra comfort for drivers on longer journeys.Renault Master Interior

The Renault Master 2019 has been given better connectivity as their MediaNav Evolution system is available which allows users to connect their smartphones through Apple car play or Android AutoTM connectivity.

A lot of the new tech features of the 2019 Master were normally preserved for the Renaults car but have now been introduced to this van. The rear-view mirror has been replaced for a rear-view assist monitor which shows a constant live feed from the camera positioned above the rear doors, this making it easier for drivers of panel vans to have more visibility.

Finally, the Master 2019 has been given a more efficient engine as under the bonnet a 2.3 dCi

twin turbo diesel engine can be seen, with this it has been promised that fuel consumption will be 13% better than the old model. The Selective Catalytic Reduction and AdBlue technology will help reduce emissions as well.
