We've brought together the complete three-layer NOMAD system, made to measure for the Ford Transit Custom (2013-2023), so there's no working out quantities, no piecing parts together from three different suppliers, and no second order halfway through the build. Open the box and everything you need is there, in the right amounts, ready to fit.
What's included
Sound Deadening, 2mm butyl (33% thicker than the leading alternative) — The foundation layer. Self-adhesive butyl that bonds to bare metal and stops panels resonating. At 2mm it's 33% thicker than the leading alternative, and more mass means more noise killed at source. Odourless and stays flexible from −40°C to 100°C.
5mm Closed-Cell Foam, foil-backed (walls and ceiling) — The thermal and acoustic layer. Slows heat transfer in both directions while the foil face forms a vapour barrier against condensation.
12mm Closed-Cell Flooring Foam, foil-backed (underfloor) — The floor layer, where heat is lost fastest. 12mm for maximum thermal resistance underfoot, plus a moisture barrier to keep the floor dry. Foil face up, sealed at the joins.
Eco Fleece (cavity fill) — The acoustic finishing layer. Tucks into wall and roof cavities to trap air and kill cold spots and echo. No fibreglass, no itch, no mess.
High-Temp Adhesive Spray (×2 cans) — Strong contact adhesive rated to 110°C for bonding the fleece and trim. The right number of cans for the job included.
Aluminium Foil Tape, FREE (45m roll) — Seals every join in the foil layer to complete the vapour barrier. The most common cause of condensation is skipping this, so it's included free.
Application Roller, FREE — Presses the deadening firmly onto the panel for full contact and no air pockets. Included free because the job isn't done right without it.
